Are dogs permitted?

Unfortunately dogs and pets often scratch upholstery. As a result, Pets are not allowed on our vessels.

Is alcohol permitted on any rental equipment?

No alcohol, drugs or barbiturates can be on any rental. Additionally, any renter or passenger under the influence will be allowed on Sylvan Seadoos rentals

If I do not have a credit card can I put down a cash deposit?

No. Sylvan Seadoo Water Toy Rentals Insurance requires all deposits to be placed with a credit card. Credit card must be under the name of the renter.

Is there a minimum age requirement for renters?

All drivers must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid class 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Sylvan Seadoos requires 48 hour advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations under 48 hours are subject to forfeiture of deposit.

What if the weather is bad? (Thunderstorms, cold weather, high wind)

There is no cancellation notice required. Sylvan Seadoo Water Toy Rentals will not allow rentals on the water under poor and dangerous conditions to ensure their renters safety.

What happens if I get stuck in traffic and can not get to my designated rental slot in time?

Renters are to be present 30 minutes prior to rental to complete contract and water safety training. Your rental begins at your designated rental time. Renters will be charged for full booked rental time if they show up late. Sylvan Seadoos suggests to give an extra hour for travel to account for road conditions and busy town traffic.
